By accessing and using Aurex Firm's trading platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Aurex Firm's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Aurex Firm's platform

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits are subject to verification and may take up to 24-48 hours to process. Aurex Firm reserves the right to reject any deposit that appears suspicious or violates our terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-5 business days. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals. Withdrawal fees may apply as specified in your account settings.

6. Fees and Charges

Aurex Firm may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our support team.

In no event shall Aurex Firm, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms
